In order to assure implementation of PCOA’s Mission, Values and Vision PCOA depends on input and direction from its various Boards and Advisory Councils.
The governing body for PCOA, the Board sets PCOA’s mission and goals, selects the Chief Executive Officer, and develops policies for the organization. It is the legal entity that is responsible for PCOA’s activities.
