PCOA HAS A POLICY TO NEVER RENT, SELL OR EXCHANGE ANY NAMES OR INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO US BY INDIVIDUALS OR BUSINESSES.

PCOA collects personal information on an individual only if the individual chooses to provide that information to PCOA in order to meet its Mission Statement.

PCOA may collect non-identifying information that your browser automatically makes available whenever you visit a website. This aggregated information is used by PCOA to evaluate website usage and to improve our site. This information is not associated with individual users.

If a person donates to PCOA, registers for an event or for membership, PCOA may collect Personal Information such as the donor's credit card number, card type, and expiration date and keep a record of the financial transaction.
