Area Agency on Aging Region II:

Draft 2018 – 2021 Area Plan on Aging for review

The Pima Council on Aging (PCOA) Area Agency on Aging is charged with developing an Area Plan on Aging for the next three years. The PCOA Area Agency on Aging includes the official public community assessment process to listen to public comments on critical issues; conduct a series of focus groups with aging network professionals; and distribute a 42-question survey that was completed by more than 2300 adults age 60 and older, to gauge current and emerging needs for aging services.

The Fiscal Year 2018 – 2021 Area Plan on Aging includes goals and objectives, and funding allocations in Pima County, Arizona for services provided to older adults and family caregivers with both state and federal funding.
