ALTCS Information

The Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) is a part of AHCCCS –  Arizona’s  version of Medicaid. ALTCS provides long-term care in assisted living facilities and nursing homes, and provides in-home care for individuals who would otherwise be institutionalized.
