PCOA Services Around the County

PCOA offers services all around Pima County – from the main office in Tucson and from several satellite locations – to make them convenient and accessible.  The following services are offered in the locations listed below.

Caregiving – Provide individual and family consultation, assist in examining options, provide information and referrals to appropriate resources, and help caregivers maintain their own health while providing care to their loved one.

ERAB Help and advocate for persons age 60 and older with a wide range of issues.  Services offered include one-on-one or family consultations, contacting creditors or other entities on behalf of clients, assisting clients in filling out forms, filing for property tax refunds, benefits enrollment, and much more.

Medicare

PCOA provides a no-cost health insurance benefits counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers and their families. Medicare Counselors will provide unbiased information about Original Medicare, Medigap insurance, Medicare Advantage, Part D, Long Term Care Insurance and AHCCCS.  They will explain options, assist in comparing plans and help you understand how Medicare works with other plans.
