Partners in Planning

If you are one of the many older adults overwhelmed by the thought of planning for your future, PCOA’s Partners in Planning program is here to help.

A Partners in Planning Specialist can take you step by step through the planning process by first helping you define your preferences and goals, and then providing you with the information you need to develop a well-informed, and realistic, long-term plan. Subjects discussed include in-home services, assisted living options, socialization opportunities, advance directives, public programs, end of life issues, and more.

Partners in Planning is a client-centered service so the emphasis is always on what the client is most interested in. Another great feature of Partners in Planning is that it’s a service provided by PCOA, a well-respected agency that you know you can trust.

The Partners in Planning service includes an interview in your home or at PCOA; an information packed binder with up-to-date, practical resource lists and articles; and a personalized Planning Summary that details what was discussed and the next steps you may want to take to achieve your long-term goals.

For more information, please call the Helpline at (520) 790-7262 and ask about Partners in Planning. There is a minimal fee of $75 for an individual or $125 for a couple which covers the appointment, resource binder, typed Planning Summary, and follow-up as needed.
