SALA offers free legal services, self-help clinics, and representation in court and administrative hearings for qualified, low-come individuals. SALA assists with cases involving the loss of a home due to foreclosure or eviction, elder law, social security disability, consumer protection, domestic relations, education, denial of public benefits, and immigration. SALA also offers representation in some Tribal Court cases and can assist with bankruptcy. Availability of services varies, and eligibility criteria must be met to qualify.
