DIRECT assists with disability adaptations, such as ramps and bathroom modifications, for low-income individuals with disabilities. DIRECT also provides in-home safety assessments and recommendations for changes, and free durable medical equipment to improve safety in your home.

Our program, Safety, and Health in Motion (SHiM) is a fall prevention program that provides free home visits, assessments and handyman support will promote your safety, prevent falls, encourage increase and communicate with your physician, and connect you to community resources to promote exercise, socialization and independence to remain safe in your home.
