Listings for Home Repair and Adaptation / Weatherization & Energy Conservation

Home Repair and Adaptation

These providers offer a range of services from landscaping, to minor repair work, and everything in between. It is important to choose a provider that can help you achieve your goals for your home. Be sure to do the following before hiring someone: check the reliability of the provider with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (520) 628-6345 and the Better Business Bureau (520) 888-5353, get multiple estimates, and ask for a written contract or agreement before work begins. While a small down payment is permissible, the contractor should not be paid in full ahead of time. Do not make the final payment on your project until the project is completed.

Weatherization & Energy Conservation

Companies and organizations that offer weatherization services are there to help your home stand up to the varying weather patterns in southern Arizona. Many companies focus on energy conservation, which can reduce your utility costs.
