OASIS Healthy Habits for Adults
The Healthy Habits for Adults (HHA) program is available at no charge to the participants or host sites (e.g. agencies, organizations, faith communities, workplaces) who serve older adults age 50 and greater. The classes can be offered in a series of 10 individual or 5 paired select topic(s) from those listed below.
