Saguaro Aquatics Swim School

Saguaro Aquatics offers an Aquatic Wellness program for adults to help strengthen the core, increase balance and mobility, stretching, and centering. The indoor, saltwater pool is heated to 91 degrees. The program is designed for all adults who have had joint replacement, stroke recovery, MS, Parkinson's, Arthritis, and anyone with mobility issues. We also offer an Ai Chi program (Tai Chi in the water!) for all adults.
