The Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has drastically changed all of our lives. Due to the severity of the crisis, many new resources are being developed to get information and resources out to people in need. People over the age of 60 and those with pre-existing health conditions are most at risk for COVID-19. To protect yourself from COVID-19 it is best to stay home and practice increased routine hygiene. Be sure to wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of at least 60%. Do not touch your face, eyes, mouth, or nose. Avoid physical contact with people outside of your home, the CDC recommends a distance of at least six feet between people. Cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue that is immediately discarded into the trash. Wash and disinfect commonly used surfaces often.
