Katie Dusenberry Healthy Aging Center
The Katie Dusenberry Healthy Aging Center serves as a hub for aging services and a central location for our community to discover the array of services that we and our community partners offer to support healthy aging.
Among the offerings are evidenced-based exercise classes designed for older adults, fall prevention workshops, technology classes, assistance navigating Medicare, and a host of other opportunities for older adults to learn and engage.
The Katie Dusenberry Healthy Aging Center is named for Katie Dusenberry, a long-time friend, former PCOA Board Chair, and national advocate for aging issues. Katie has been involved with PCOA nearly since we opened our doors in 1967, and worked alongside PCOA’s founder, Marian Lupu, as an advocate for aging services during her time on the Pima County Board of Supervisors, and in Washington D.C. as a member of the Federal Council on Aging.
The Katie Dusenberry Healthy Aging Center is located at 600 S. Country Club Road. PCOA services are offered by appointment or registration. Visit our calendar to learn about everything PCOA has to offer.
